BOTTLESOFT INC. ACQUIRED BY MODULAR INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Modular Information Systems with an established track record in Winery Management Software innovation has acquired Bottlesoft, Inc. as of November 9th, 2009.

The recent agreement is part of Modular's aggressive business strategy offering comprehensive and readily scalable software solutions to the competitive Wine and Spirits Industry.

Bottlesoft's Premier Series has been providing Wine and Spirits producers with an affordable solution that integrates bottling, purchasing, order processing, sales analysis, inventory management, accounting, financial management, and more, into one easy-to-use package. Unlike expensive customized solutions, Bottlesoft has many industry-specific features already in place. The Bottlesoft Software operates using the IBM iSeries Power Server class hardware, well-known for its fault tolerance and high reliability capabilities.

Armando Garcia, a seasoned technology professional and previous owner of Bottlesoft Inc., joins the Modular team focusing on future product sales. Bottlesoft's development and support team including Christena Leverton and Kit Ruck have joined Modular Information Systems Winery Management Software team.
