What new features or services did Entrinsik introduce in 2012?
Entrinsik introduced Informer Dashboards with outstanding customer feedback and adoption. Informer Dashboards allow organizations to use Informer's intuitive interface and powerful reporting engine to access multiple data sources and create interactive data visualizations using drag and drop dashboard widgets. Like Informer, Dashboards are incredibly easy to implement. Data is retrieved directly from multiple databases in real time, regardless of the database type, therefore making data warehouses or data marts optional and lowering the burden on IT.
With over 100 Informer Dashboard modules sold in the first 3 months of offering, I credit its rapid market adoption to 3 factors:
- Because Informer is fast and easy implement, it takes a huge burden off shorthanded IT departments who have been charged with implementing dashboards for management;
- Because the Dashboard module is end-user intuitive, organizational department heads can make and modify their own set of department-specific dashboards to monitor dynamic key performance indicators; and
- Because Entrinsik has an excellent reputation for listening to their customers and standing behind their products, our customers know that our Dashboard module will always be improving to meet changing technologies and organizational needs.
