Introduction to iPhone Application Development

This session will introduce attendees to development on the iPhone. Topics including what are the differences between native apps and web apps, what programming languages are supported, what does it take to register with Apple, what is the iTunes AppStore and the pitfalls of getting your application listed, how do you setup the development environment and application examples will all be discussed. We will also discuss if a Apple Mac is required for development and the other tools needed to begin development. Additionally, many resources to aid the developer new to iPhone native application development will be discussed as well.
