U2Logic release new enhancements to XLr8 tools

U2logic has been busy updating the XLr8 Tools. One of the new enhancements is the Control-Space options to the UV command. This allows developers that don't know the syntax of a command to find the correct syntax while in Eclipse and do not have to consult the documentation.

Additional enhancements to XLr8 tools have been done to address network interface issues on VPN

XLr8 Tools work with Unidata and Universe databases only running in the Eclipse IDE.
